Yes, I am the retired chef  who wrote a kitchen advice book entitled “Savvy Kitchen Solutions”, however my new solutions will be laced with ample humor along with sage advice. I will definitely distance myself from the new breed of culinary gods. I expect to keep you coming back to the new installments of original complaints and wild observations. I will include such topics, latest health propaganda, hari-kari by way of drive-through and inane mysteries that remain unsolved by 20/20 experts such as: just how long does a Teflon cookware actually remain serviceable or when was wax paper invented…IN the meantime, here are a list recent savvy events and a rare review.
